Grilled Tuscan with salami, provolone and roasted peppers

1Toscan bread1
30 mlolive oil2 tablespoons
45 mlsun-dried tomato pesto3 tablespoons
2garlic cloves (optional)2
125 gGenoa salami, sliced4 oz
125 gprovolone cheese, sliced4 oz
250 mlroasted peppers, drained8 oz
Preparation :
 

Mix olive oil with sun-dried tomato pesto.
 
 

Slice Toscan bread in two equal pieces.
 
 

Open each piece and grill in the toaster.
 
 

Rub bread with garlic cloves and brush lightly with diluted pesto.
 
 

Garnish with salami, provolone cheese and grilled peppers, and close sandwich.
 
Preparation : 10 minutes
Cooking : 10 minutes
Portions : 2 sandwiches
Tips(s) :
 

Alternately, prepare the sandwiches first and grill them in a striated pan, on the B.B.Q., or in a panini pan.
