Black Olive Crustinis

				Oliveraie black olive bread

				olive oil or butter

				garlic

				basil or oregano

				black olive tapenade or a fresh tomato salsa

Preparation :

	•	Slice the Oliveraie olive bread and toast.

	•	Brush on some olive oil or butter and rub with garlic.

	•	Sprinkle basil or oregano, and serve with a black olive tapenade or a fresh tomato salsa.

Preparation : 10 minutes
