Italian with Artichokes and Balsamic Vinegar

Preparation :

	•	Mix together the artichokes, chopped red onion, olive oil and balsamic vinegar.

	•	Cut the Italien bread lengthwise and toast.

	•	Top the bread with the artichoke mixture and add 3 tablespoons of Capriny cheese at room temperature.

	•	Serve with fresh tomato quarters.
