Country Loaf with Artichokes and Balsamic Vinegar

45 mlCapriny3 tablespoons
398 mlArtichoke hearts1 can
1small red onion chopped1
60 mlolive oil1/4 cup
45 mlbalsamic vinegar3 tablespoons
Preparation :
 

Mix together the artichokes, chopped red onion, olive oil and balsamic vinegar.
 
 

Cut the Country Loaf bread lengthwise and toast.
 
 

Top the bread with the artichoke mixture and add 3 tablespoons of Capriny cheese at room temperature.
 
 

Serve with fresh tomato quarters.
