In the kitchen with Cousin

Black Forest Large Belgian

1 or 2 slicesLarge Belgian1 or 2 slices
1 pkgPaillot goat cheese1 pkg
45 mlButter at room temperature3 tablespoons
60 mlChopped watercress, spinach or parsley1/4 cup
15 mlNuts (your choice of pine nuts, pecans or walnuts)1 tablespoon
1 or 2 slicesBlack Forest ham1 or 2 slices
Preparation :
 

Combine butter, chopped spinach, watercress or parsley, add nuts and mix well.
 
 

Cut 1 or 2 slices of large Belgian bread and spread with the mixture.
 
 

Top with 1 or 2 slices of Black Forest ham and a few slices of Paillot goat cheese (approx. 45 g).
 
 

Serve with spinach salad and your favourite dressing.
 
 

Grill for 2 to 3 minutes.
 
 

Serve with watercress and apple salad with olive oil and raspberry vinegar.
