Smoked Salmon on whole wheat baguette
2 slicesWhole wheat baguette2 slices
30 mlCapriny2 tablespoons
60 mlSmoked salmon mousse1/4 cup
15 mlDill or cilantro1 tablespoon
To tasteCapersTo taste
Preparation :

 Mix smoked salmon mousse (or smoked trout, shrimp, or canned tuna) with 2 tablespoons (30 ml) Capriny cheese.

Sprinkle with capers and fresh herbs.
 
 

•

Spread on the whole wheat baguette and serve with an endive salad. Enjoy!
