Olive Oil Loaf Provencal French Toast

4 slicesOlive Oil Loaf4 slices
2eggs, beaten2
1/2 cupmilk1/2 cup
1/2 teaspoonHerbes de Provence (mixed herbs) or basil1/2 teaspoon
Fresh tomato, sliced
Sliced ham (or other cold cuts)
salt and pepper to taste
Preparation :
 

Slice the olive oil loaf. Soak slices in a mixture of eggs, milk and Herbes de Provence (mixed herbs) or basil. Cook in a pan until golden. Cover with fresh sliced tomatoes, ham (or other cold cuts), salt and pepper.
