Blueberry Jalapeño Jam

510 g Fresh Blueberries

110 g of Jalapeno, seeded and diced

10 g of fresh ginger, no peel, finely diced

Zest & Juice of 1 orange

3 cups of sugar

3 tbsp cornstarch

  1. Combine all ingredients except cornstarch in a medium sauce pot, and cook on medium low heat for 25 - 30 minutes stirring often
  2. Stir in cornstarch gradually and cook for an additional 10 minutes.
  3. Cool and serve with Sliced and Toasted Maison Cousin Belgian Bread and Almond Butter
