Easy Parmesan Baguettini

1 Maison Cousin® Baguettine
1/4 cup unsalted butter room temperature
1/2 cup grated Parmesan cheese
1/3 cup chopped parsley
2 cloves of garlic minced
- Preheat oven to 350°F (176°C). Line a baking tray with foil and set aside.
- In a small bowl combine all ingredients.
- Slice bread ¼ inch thick on bias across the top, making sure not to slice all the way through. Fill each slice with parmesan mixture.
- Wrap in foil and bake for 10 minutes. Remove from oven and gently unwrap foil exposing the baguettini, bake for another 7 minutes until bread is crisp and cheese is melted. Serve warm.
