Matane Shrimp Salad Tartine

⅓ Maison Cousin Baguette cut in half

1 lb cooked matane shrimp

½ cup mayo

1 tbsp lemon zest

Juice of ½ lemon

2 tbsp chopped dill

Salt and pepper to taste

Sliced radish for garnish


1. Preheat oven to 350F. Drizzle halved baguette with olive oil and toast for 5-7 minutes

2. Meanwhile in a medium bowl combine shrimp with remaining ingredients (excluding radish) and mix to combine

3. Add shrimp salad to warmed baguette and top with sliced radish
