Mustard Pretzel Bread Sticks
1 Maison Cousin TM Pretzel Bun
2 tbsp. olive oil
2 tsp. mustard powder
1 tsp. brown sugar
1 tbsp. manchego cheese, finely grated
2 eggs, soft boiled
6 asparagus spears
6 slices of prosciutto
1. Pre-heat oven to 400°F. Line a baking tray with parchment paper. Wrap asparagus with prosciutto and place onto one side of lined baking tray. Set aside.
2. Cut each bun half into 5 strips. In a large bowl, toss bread strips with olive oil, mustard powder and brown sugar. Transfer to baking tray alongside asparagus. Bake bread and asparagus for 5 minutes.
3. Remove asparagus spears and set aside. Flip toast sticks and sprinkle with cheese and return bread to oven and toast for another 5 minutes.
4. Serve warm toasts with soft-boiled eggs and asparagus spears.
