2 Maison Cousin TM Portuguese Buns
200g Snow Crab meat, drained
¼ cup celery, finely chopped
2 tbsp. mayo
¼ tsp. each garlic salt, onion powder, dried thyme, ground black pepper, smoked paprika
½ tsp. ground black pepper
1 cup shredded green leaf lettuce
1 tbsp. green onions, sliced for topping
1. In a medium bowl, stir together celery, mayo and spices. Stir in crabmeat.
2. Score buns down the center and hollow out, creating a cavity for crab mixture.
3. Divide and fill hollowed out buns with lettuce and crab. Garnish with green onion. Serve with a side of lemon wedges.
